<p>Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Assist hairdressers with daily customer service, including shampooing, blow-drying, and basic styling</li><li>Responsible for the preliminary preparation and subsequent sorting work of various hairdressing technologies such as electric hairdressing, dyeing, highlighting, deep conditioning, and bleaching</li><li>Maintain the store's environmental hygiene and keep tools and equipment clean and orderly</li><li>Greet customers and provide basic consultation services, and work with the team to enhance customer satisfaction</li><li>Learn and master various hairdressing skills, and actively participate in professional training provided by the company</li><li>Comply with the store's operating needs and complete other related tasks assigned by the supervisor</li></ul><p> Work requirements</p><ul><li>Passionate about the beauty industry, with strong interest in fashion and hair design<br></li><li>No experience required, company provides system training, need to have a good learning attitude</li><li>Able to execute basic technical operations in a hair salon or willing to quickly master related skills</li><li></li><li>Have a team spirit, and be able to maintain stable performance under high pressure</li></ul><p>Benefits</p><ul><li>Basic salary starts from HKD 12,768, overtime is calculated separately, and you also enjoy performance bonuses</li><li>Monthly income can reach HKD 15,000-20,000, with more work and more pay, and no upper limit on income</li><li>Daily 8-hour work schedule (actual work time is about 4-5 hours), weekly rest day</li><li>Provide professional skills training, broad promotion space</li><li>Working at the largest salon chain brand in Hong Kong, with a high-quality work environment</li><li>No accommodation is included, but we can help you arrange for a rental if necessary</li></ul>
