Job Description

1.COMMERCIAL APTITUDES

Your priority of every instant is THE SATISFACTION OF THE CUSTOMERS

a. SALES AND SERVICE:

- Guarantee the execution of the commercial strategy in the stores of the region.

- Analyze the business information of the field (e.g. store staff, customers, and animations).

- Optimize the commercial events of the year (Christmas, CNY, Mother’s Day, Golden weeks) or CRM programs.

- Guarantee the quality of customer service aligned with company goal.

b. THE COMPETITIVE POSITIONING OF THE REGION

b1. Knowledge of its sales area:

- Knowledge of the customer profiles (age, gender, purchasing behavior).

- Know and maintain good relations with its landlords, neighborhoods, competitors.

- Encouraging the store managers in its region to get involved in the commercial activities (local festivals, shopping mall events, and etc.).

- Know the customer profile of each store, and feedback the needs of the stores to Merchandising.

b2. Knowledge of the cosmetic market and the products:

- Participate actively in the training and practice the knowledge.

- Pay attention to and follow the evolution of the market of perfumes and cosmetics in the regional and national level.

c. THE MANAGEMENT AND THE PERFORMANCE OF THE REGION

c1. Growth and profitability:

- Achieve quantified objectives and validate quantified objectives by stores.

- Responsible for the Business Result of the zone; The objective will be settled by the comp/opening.

- Fully responsible for the daily and monthly budget for each store (payroll, shop expense, margin). Validate target fine turning to respect right comp & improved productivity.

- Secure regional P&L results to meet budget, constantly looking for improvement.

- Control the operating costs of its region.

- Follow performance indicators of all the stores in the region (conversion rate, average basket and exclusive brand sales etc).

c2. Merchandising quality:

- Guarantee the respect of merchandising concept and procedures/plans in store.

- Guarantee attractive animations and offers in its region.

c3. Stock level:

- Ensure compliance of stock procedures (return case, inventory) by stores.

- Control the application of the procedure "stands out": Security Checklist.

c4. Administrative and legal management:

- Guarantee the security of property and people.

- Know and apply the legislation and procedures of the company (legal announcement).

- Observe the "staff management" procedures: employment rules, HR system, etc.

- Animate and ensure knowledge of the internal audit process.

- Responsible for coordinating the work plan for new opening, re-looking & closing which happening in zone.

2.MANAGEMENT APTITUDES

- Management and Coaching of the Store Managers, District Managers and Regional Managers.

- Monitor the performance of the District Managers on monthly basis.

- Responsible for DM’s development planning and PCR objective.

- Participate in SM selection to ensure store performance on customer service.

Qualification:

-University Graduate preferably with a degree in business or economics.

-12 years+ work experience with at least 8 years in regional/district management in retail industry.

-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

-Computer skills.

-Effectively bi-lingual in Chinese and English.
