POPAUP / Stalls / Snack Stalls Staff, Waiter, Helper

[Job Responsibilities]

-Directly report to the store manager or supervisor;

-Assist with the daily operation of the food stall, including preparing ingredients, making dishes and drinks;

-Ensure brand standards and service procedures are strictly enforced, providing high-quality products and services;

-Proactively interact with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and handle customer feedback;

-Maintain the stall's environment clean and hygienic, including cleaning equipment, cutlery, and work area;

-Assist with inventory management, including food and supplies replenishment and inventory count; -Coordinate with the team to complete shift scheduling and work assignments to ensure smooth operations.

[Job Requirements]

-Good communication skills and service awareness, friendly and outgoing personality;

-Able to work efficiently in high-pressure environments and have a team spirit;

-Basic English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) communication skills;

-Preference will be given to those interested in or with basic knowledge of beer or tea;

-Able to adapt to flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays.

-Support inventory management, including restocking and counting supplies.

-Collaborate with the team to complete assigned shifts and tasks for smooth operations.

[Job Requirements]

-No prior experience required; Experience in F&B or retail is a plus.

-Strong communication skills and service-oriented attitude; friendly and outgoing personality.

-Ability to work efficiently under pressure and collaborate with the team.

-Basic proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

-Interest or basic knowledge in beer or tea is an asset.

-Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
