<p>The Laboratory for AI-Powered Financial Technologies Limited (AIFT) aims to be a leading research center on the financial technologies and services. We are seeking for passionate and talented Research Assistant / Researcher to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a key role in conducting research and analysis.</p> <p><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conduct research in an organized and systematic manner.</li> <li>Perform occasional tasks as assigned periodically.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Credentials / Knowledge &amp; Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Holds a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree with a strong academic background in AI, data science, and financial engineering fields.</li> <li>Proficiency in machine learning, deep learning, big data analytics, and blockchain for FinTech would be particularly advantageous.</li> <li>Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience, recent graduates may also be considered.</li> <li>Presentational skills.</li> <li>Project management abilities.</li> <li>A good team player; strong work ethic, demonstrated productivity; capacity to contribute to team success; exceptional problem-solving and logical reasoning skills.</li> <li>Fluent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.</li> </ul> <p>Salary offered will be highly competitive, adjusted according to qualifications and experience.
