Responsibilities:

• Welcome and entertain guests

• Prepare various cocktail ingredients and ensure sufficient stock of required materials

• Recommend wine according to the dish and the guest's preference

Requirements:

• 1-3 years or above bartending experience

• Create and mix various cocktails

• Prioritization of fine dining/hotel work experience

• Good communication skills, sense of responsibility

Working location: Tsim Sha Tsui
