Accountant

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full set of accounts of small companies (10 people or less)
• Handle daily accounting work, including accounts receivable and payable, bank reconciliation, expense reimbursement, and voucher processing
• Prepare monthly financial statements, manage accounts, and assist with annual audits
• Responsible for invoice issuance, payment arrangements, and petty cash management
• Ensure accounting work complies with accounting standards and company policies
• Handle general administrative work and daily office support
• Communicate with external auditors, tax representatives and service suppliers

Entry Requirements:

• Accounting, finance or related sciences, college degree or above
• At least 2-3 years of accounting experience; those with freight forwarding/logistics industry experience are preferred
• Familiar with the full set of accounts and Hong Kong accounting standards
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese
• Responsibility, ability to handle things independently and complete tasks on time
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting software
