UX Interaction Designer

<p>Requirements<br>1. Strong user-centric mindset and product intuition, with the ability to translate business needs and user pain points into logical, intuitive design solutions.<br>2. Deep familiarity with global UX trends (Western markets), a clear design philosophy, and a unique visual expression style.<br>3. Ability to independently own and execute design tasks, with proficiency in tools such as Axure/Sketch/Figma.<br>4. Minimum 3 years of experience in Western-style product design or significant overseas work/study experience.<br>5. Solid understanding of UX theories, methodologies, and processes; expertise in user research, business requirements analysis, and product thinking.<br>6.
