We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual for a Key Account Sales position. This role is crucial in driving profitable sales growth by developing and implementing business plans for Modern Trade customers within the Nutrition category.
Job Description
Build strong and impactful relationships with key clients, focusing on delivering shopper and category-focused solutions.
Leverage data analytics to inform business decisions and collaborate with internal and external partners to stimulate category growth.
Take charge of annual trade spend planning, ensuring investment efficiency targets are met through effective negotiations with clients.
Develop accurate and timely forecasts using consumption and shipment data, maintaining a proactive growth mindset.
Collaborate closely with the merchandising team to gather market insights and respond quickly to market changes.
Requirements
Preferably holds a degree or equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 4 years of sales experience, including key account management within the FMCG and healthcare, nutrition sectors.
Strong skills in selling, negotiation, and utilizing insights to deliver client plans and achieve objectives, advancing category leadership.
Excellent interpersonal abilities with a proven track record of developing long-term, effective, and influential business relationships with key stakeholders.
Capacity to assess client needs, propose mutually beneficial solutions, overcome objections, and finalize sales to maximize value for both parties.
Proficiency in sales analysis, numerical evaluation, budget management, and revenue analysis.
