<p>Duties:</p><p>1. Responsible for IDC server fault processing and system installation and debugging. </p><p></p><p>3. Responsible for IDC server room network device fault diagnosis and equipment replacement. </p><p>4. Process orders in a timely manner and feedback processing progress to relevant personnel (group leader, order issuer, etc.) as required.</p><p>5. Perform regular checks on the server room according to the requirements, record temperature and humidity and other environmental data.</p><p>6. In case of emergency, report and handle according to customer requirements.</p><p></p><p>8. Daily maintenance data recording and recording according to the requirements in electronic documents.</p><p></p><p>Requirements:</p><p>1. Familiar with the relevant operations of the IDC data center, with 2 to 3 years of IT operations and network operations experience.</p><p>2. Familiar with IDC server room network architecture, server hardware maintenance and system installation, fault handling, etc. </p><p>3. Have a certain stress resistance ability, be able to withstand higher work pressure; strong sense of responsibility, full of work enthusiasm; good at communicating, with good team spirit. </p><p>4. Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.</p><p></p><p>Working location: Chai Wan or Tsai Wan, according to project needs</p><p>Working hours: 5*8</p><p></p><p></p>
