<p><strong>Core Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>User growth and activity operations</strong>: Plan and execute social media viral activities (such as WeChat groups, Douyin challenges)</p><p><strong>Ad placement optimization</strong>: Manage SEM/information flow advertising accounts, optimize keyword targeting and creative strategies, and reduce monthly costs by 10% or more</p><p><strong>Data monitoring and insight</strong>: Build user behavior analysis dashboard (conversion funnel, retention rate), regularly output operation reports, and drive business strategy iteration.</p><p><strong>Cross-departmental collaboration and implementation</strong></p><p><strong>Process standardization construction</strong>: Develop online event SOPs and promote the implementation of automation tools (CRM, QWeChat)</p><p></p><p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p><p>Bachelor's degree or above, marketing, e-commerce, data science, etc. Relevant professional qualifications are preferred.</p><p>• More than 2 years of online operation experience, familiar with the user growth logic of the insurance/financial industry;<br>• Proficient in Excel/SQL, familiar with Tableau/Google Analytics;<br>• Have cross-department collaboration skills, be able to quickly respond to business needs;<br>• Excellent copywriting skills and creative planning experience (past event cases must be provided).</p><p></p>
