<p><strong>Overseas HR Supervisor / Manager</strong></p><p></p><p> Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Comprehensive management of overseas teams (including Mainland China, Southeast Asia, etc.) human resources operations, coordinate local HR affairs execution and compliance management</li><li>Lead the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, offer issuance, and onboarding, to ensure efficient and company-standard talent acquisition</li><li></li><li>Develop and implement cross-regional human resources policies and systems to ensure consistent and compliant personnel processes in all office locations</li><li></li><li>Support the company's overseas expansion strategy, participate in human resources planning, organizational structure design, and localization strategy formulation for new establishment</li><li>Plan and push training and development projects and talent development plans, enhance the overall ability and performance of overseas teams</li><li>Develop regular human resources reports, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide data support to optimize workforce deployment and management decisions</li><li>Need to occasionally hold online meetings with overseas teams (depending on time differences)<br></li></ul><p> Work requirements</p><ul><li>3 to 5 years of human resources-related work experience, those with overseas HR or multinational corporate HR management experience are given priority</li><li>Familiar with recruitment and selection, salary structure design, performance management, employee relations and personnel law compliance, etc. module operations</li><li>Have the ability to independently handle multi-regional HR affairs and be able to cope with different labor regulations in different jurisdictions</li><li>Fluent in English and Mandarin for written and oral communication, able to effectively collaborate with overseas teams</li><li>Have good organizational and coordination skills, problem-solving skills, and a high sense of responsibility, and be able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment</li><li>Applicants with relevant human resources professional qualifications (such as CIPD, HRCI, etc.) will be given additional points</li></ul><p><br> Benefits</p><ul><li>Monthly salary negotiable, providing competitive and generous compensation</li><li>Five-day work week, with bank holidays</li><li>Year-end bonuses, MPF (Mandatory Provident Fund) contributions</li><li>Participate in overseas business expansion, with good career development and promotion space</li></ul>
