Responsibilities:
Support Senior Manager in driving new business to meet KPIs and revenue targets.
Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders (charter operators, brokers, FBOs) to develop solutions and boost sales.
Attend client visits, deliver service updates, and identify growth opportunities.
Prepare business proposals, analyze data, and generate reports.
Assist in creating marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years’ experience in business development or sales; aviation/hospitality background preferred.
Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in MS Office; graphic design skills (e.g., Photoshop) a plus.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
Junior candidates may be considered as Commercial Officer.
