<p><strong>Our client is a main contractor specializingin commercial fitting out looking for some right candidates to join their team.</strong></p><p></p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li><p>Coordinate with sub-contractors, vendors, clients, architects and consultants on site E&M matters</p></li><li><p>Assist in design works, project planning and operations of E&M systems</p></li><li><p>Prepare project documents and drawings, attend site meetings, project implementation, site progress monitoring and supervision, etc.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong></p><ul><li><p>Diploma or above in Building Services Engineeringor Electrical Engineer</p></li><li><p>Min 2 years’ relevant exp inbuilding services / fitting out projects / HVAC</p></li><li><p>Familiar with project co-ordination & site progress monitoring</p></li><li><p>Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese</p></li><li><p>Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills</p></li><li><p>More experience will be considered as Sr Building Services Engineer</p></li></ul>
