Job Description
Job Descriptions:
Operate operation center/ data center facilities, monitor their performance and troubleshoot issues
Monitor the availability and performance of environmental facilities in data centre
Perform access control for visitors of data centre by verifying their authorization in the access control system
Monitor the physical security in operation center/ data center by means of digital video recording system and perform routine physical security checking
Assist in handling Helpdesk activities, including problem reporting and incident handling
Job Requirements:
HKCEE/ HKDSE Graduate, Certificte/ Diploma in IT is preferred
Min. 2 years IT working experience
Knowledge in system/ network monitoring system
Knowledge in IT support tickets workflow is definitely advantage
Experience in operator duty or data center is highly preferred
Shift-duty and traveling allowance will be provided
