Quantity Surveyor (MVAC)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing contract administration services for pre and post contract
• Performcost estimation, cost control, detailed cost analysis and budgeting
• Support, review, and ensure accurate estimates of project pricing and costs to maintain competitive pricing
• Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders, including clients, consultants, main contractors & sub-contractors
• Evaluate and prepare quotation & assessment forvariation orders
• Checking payment claims and final accounts settlement
• Conduct regular reporting on project status and maintain necessary records
• Perform tendering for E&M service (especially in MVAC) or Design &Buildprojects would be an advantage

Requirements

• Higher Diplomaor above in Quantity Surveying / Building Construction / Building Services or other related engineering discipline
• 2+ years' of relevant QS working experience
• Previous experience on E&M (especially in MVAC) or Design &Buildprojects would be an advantage
• Proficiency in using MS Office application
• Strong analyticaland problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, a good team player with strong interpersonal skill
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese & Mandarin)
