International Business Development Director

<p><strong>Main responsibilities may include:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and implement international market expansion strategies to achieve the company's global business growth targets.</li><li>Analyze and evaluate potential international markets, determine market entry strategies and priority order.</li><li>Establish and maintain relationships with overseas customers, partners and distributors.</li><li>Lead and manage international business teams to ensure team goals are achieved.</li><li>Monitor and evaluate the performance of international business, and adjust strategies in a timely manner.</li><li>Familiar with the laws and regulations, business practices and cultural differences of various countries.</li><li>Represent the company at international exhibitions, conferences and events to enhance brand awareness.</li><li>Coordinate with various internal departments of the company to ensure the smooth conduct of international business.</li><li>Provide market intelligence and analysis to support company decision-making.</li></ul><p><strong>Required skills and experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Rich international market expansion experience, especially successful cases in target markets.</li><li>Outstanding business development, negotiation and communication skills.</li><li>Excellent leadership and management skills, able to motivate and guide the team.</li><li>Deep understanding of international markets, including market trends, competitive landscape, and cultural differences.</li><li>Fluent English or other target market language skills.</li><li>Good cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Familiar with relevant international trade laws and regulations and business practices.</li><li>Language skills, English is a must, Spanish, French, etc. Multilingual is preferred.</li></ul>
