Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the cleaning and disinfection of tableware, cookware, and other utensils in the restaurant, kitchen, and related areas, ensuring that they meet the hygiene standards;
Sort and recycle used dinner plates, bowls, cups and stainless steel utensils according to the process, and perform pre-washing, machine washing and hand washing operations;
Regularly clean the dishwasher, sink, drain, storage rack and other cleaning equipment to keep them running smoothly and the environment clean;
Assist kitchen colleagues to sort materials, replenish cleaning supplies (such as detergent, disinfectant, cloths), and store them according to specifications;
Cooperate with the supervisor to arrange, carry out area cleaning, garbage disposal and simple support.

Work requirements

No specific education or certificate is required, but basic Chinese reading and writing abilities are necessary, as well as the ability to understand simple work instructions and safety signs;
Have good physical and mental endurance, be able to stand for long periods of time, bend down and move medium-weight items (such as a full basket of cutlery);
Value personal hygiene and work discipline, willing to abide by food safety and workplace safety rules, and accept basic job training;
Team-oriented, hard-working, and adaptable to fast-paced, high-efficiency dining service environments.
