Job Description: Part-time tutoring teacher

Job Responsibilities:

1. Design personalized teaching plans based on students’ learning needs and provide effective guidance.

2. Responsible for classroom teaching, ensure students can understand course content and improve academic performance.

3. Regularly communicate with parents about students’ learning progress and performance, and provide professional advice.

4. Assist students in building good learning habits and stimulating their autonomous learning ability.

5. Continuously update and improve teaching methods to enhance teaching quality and effectiveness.

Requirements:

1. Have relevant professional knowledge in the subject, familiar with the early childhood education system, those who are familiar with the early childhood education system are preferred.

2. Teaching experience or having served as a tutor is preferred, as it allows for the flexible use of various teaching methods.

3. Enjoy communication, able to maintain good interaction with students and parents, patient and responsible.

5. Passionate about education, willing to invest time and energy to help students progress.
