Job Description
Duties:
1. Fully responsible for the company's financial work, seriously implement relevant laws, regulations and systems, supervise and evaluate the company's financial income and expenditure, fund use and property management, etc. The implementation situation and its effects, and be responsible for the company's financial situation;
2. According to the company's overall strategic requirements, establish and improve the financial system, promote company process construction and risk control management;
3. Responsible for financial team building, formulate financial personnel training plan, propose financial institution setting and personnel allocation scheme;
4. Familiar with tax planning, organize and complete the company's tax declaration work;
5. Based on the company's business plan, compile the company's monthly, quarterly, and annual financial plans, and draft a budget proposal;
6. Responsible for company operating cost confirmation, calculation and entry processing, analysis work;
9. Responsible for monitoring and purchasing aircraft and personnel insurance;
9. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above;
2. Work experience: More than 4 years of airline financial management work experience, those who have experience in public service aviation will be given priority;
3. English: CET-4 or other equivalent English certification recognized by the company and above;
4. Have basic knowledge of company management and economic calculation, etc., be familiar with accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial management, etc. National current various laws and regulations;
5. Outstanding financial analysis, financing and fund management skills, familiar with the internal financial calculation and control system of the company.
6. Priority will be given to those with intermediate or above accounting qualifications.
