Responsibilities:
1. Human resources management: Responsible for the overall formulation of Hong Kong company system and process, personnel recruitment, training, salary and benefits, employee relations, etc.;
2. Administrative Management: Manage the daily operation of the Hong Kong office, establish administrative procedures and processes, administrative budget, employee activities, etc.;
3. Cross-border employment compliance management: Proficient in the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, handling various labor and employment insurance processes, social security provident fund, tax planning, etc.;
Requirements:
2. Familiar with the legal risks of Hong Kong's Employment Ordinance, MPF system and basic tax knowledge;
3. Hold a Hong Kong permanent identity card, fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin expression (those who have studied or worked on the mainland are preferred).
