Job Responsibilities

• According to the guest's physical condition and pain relief needs, provide professional, safe and effective Chinese medicine therapy services to enhance overall comfort and rehabilitation effects.

• Proficiently operate various advanced therapeutic instruments (such as electrotherapy, heat therapy, ultrasonic therapy, etc.) provided by the company, and accurately apply according to the treatment plan to ensure efficacy and safety.

• Participate in client health evaluation and personalized treatment planning, collaborate with the team to fully record the service process and improvement feedback, and continuously optimize care quality.

• Comply with shift arrangements (daily working hours from 11:00 to 20:00, covering Monday to Sunday), ensure stable operation of the service.

• Have 2 years or more of experience in beauty, massage, therapy or related health services; those with actual therapeutic instrument operation experience are given priority.

• Able to communicate clearly, calmly and empathetically with customers in fluent Cantonese, with good service awareness and emotional management skills.

• Active and attentive personality, positive and optimistic, and valuing teamwork.

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, or hold a valid high-end talent pass (High Talent Pass), excellent talent entry plan (Excellent Talent Pass), non-local graduate retention/hire arrangement (IANG), dependent entry visa or other legal work permit.

• No need to have specialized pain experience, you will receive comprehensive professional training after employment, including human meridian theory, instrument operation and clinical practical application.

• I have a sincere and passionate interest in therapeutic health work, and I am willing to invest long-term in learning and growth, pursuing professional depth and career development.

• Generous monthly salary, ranging from HKD 22,000 to 50,000, depending on experience and performance; a monthly performance bonus is also provided.
