Role Overview: Become the Scout and Engine of Our Global Growth

As a Customer Development Executive, you will be the first point of contact between PrimeDisc and potential new clients worldwide. Your core mission is to proactively identify and engage target customers across different regions through professional communication, spark their interest, and deliver high-quality sales leads to our senior sales team. This is not just a sales support role—it is a foundation for building a career in international B2B sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Systematically identify and build lists of target clients (e.g., global record labels, DVD distributors) using channels like LinkedIn, professional directories, and AI-enabled market research.

- Outreach & Communication: Execute personalized outreach strategies (including email, social media, and phone calls) to clearly and persuasively communicate PrimeDisc's competitive advantages.

- Lead Qualification & Handover: Conduct initial conversations with prospects to assess needs, qualify leads, and ensure a smooth handover to the sales team for further development.

- Market Intelligence: Record customer interactions and actively gather market feedback to provide valuable insights for sales and marketing strategies.

Our Ideal Candidate:

- Holds a bachelor's degree (any discipline) or has 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or marketing; outstanding fresh graduates are welcome.

- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to interact professionally across cultures.

- Demonstrates a strong desire to learn, initiative, and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Is highly organized, with the ability to manage tasks and priorities effectively.

- Is proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is a plus.

- An interest in music, entertainment, or manufacturing is advantageous.
