Senior Project Manager

<p><strong>Ample Construction (HK) Limited</strong>is a main contractor capable of interior fitting-out, renovation services, maintenance services, alteration and addition (A&A) works for residential, industrial and commercial properties in Hong Kong. With the team has over 20 years of experience, we gained extensive experience and reputation in the industry.</p><p>To cope with our increasing business activities and new initiatives, Ample Construction (HK) Limited is inviting high caliber candidates to join our team.</p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Take the lead and report to the Project Director for the planning, scheduling, and programme development of site activities, including design, statutory submissions, and approvals</li><li>Identify and pursue business opportunities with existing and potential clients to support business growth and maintain strong client relationships</li><li>Work with the team to develop project-related details</li><li>Ensure understanding and strict compliance with statutory requirements and relevant regulations throughout project execution</li><li>Cost control, tendering, safety management, project schedule, and workmanship on site</li><li>Control and supervise overall project activities and liaise with different parties—clients, authorities, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers—to ensure successful project delivery</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Higher Diploma or above in Building Surveying / Quantity Surveying / Architectural Studies / Building Studies / Structural Engineering or related disciplines</li><li>Minimum 8 years working experience in handling Building A&A, High-end Fit Out projects and well versed in regulation & procedure of Building Department</li><li>Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities with existing clients</li><li>In-depth understanding of statutory requirements and compliance procedures relevant to the construction industry</li><li>Self-motivated with good management and effective communication skills</li><li>Strong organizational and analytical skills</li><li>Proactive, willing to learn, and ability to work individually under tight schedule and pressure</li><li>Well versed with PC applications such as MS Office, AutoCAD & MS Project; proficiency in Excel functions (e.g., v-lookup, pivot table) is an advantage</li><li>Good command of both written & spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin</li><li>Willing to go to site occasionally</li><li>Interested candidates please submit your detailed CV with current and expected salary</li></ul><p></p><p>We offer a competitive remuneration package:</p><ul><li>Performance Bonus</li><li>Public Holidays</li><li>Family & Pets Care Leave</li><li>Alternate Saturday Off</li><li>Paid Birthday Leave</li><li>Paid Sick Leave</li><li>Paid Marriage Leave</li><li>Medical Allowance</li><li>Education Allowance</li></ul>
