Responsible for customer reception, seating and ordering services, ensuring a professional and friendly dining experience.
During business hours, inspect the tables, replenish cutlery, drinks, and assist in handling customer inquiries or special requests.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team, accurately pass on orders and follow up on serving progress, and maintain a smooth service process.
Complete each shift's cleaning work, including desk, floor, self-service area and public area, and disinfection.
Follow the restaurant operation rules and food safety guidelines, cooperate with the supervisor to arrange temporary transfers and support other floor positions as needed.
Aged 18 or above, with good communication skills, able to clearly communicate with customers and colleagues in Cantonese and Mandarin.
No specific academic qualifications or relevant work experience are required; newcomers are welcome to apply; those with service industry experience are given priority.
Able to adapt to the night shift (5 pm to 3 am the next day), and accept rotating and flexible shift arrangements.
Responsibility and team spirit, able to maintain stable performance and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Holding valid Hong Kong residency qualifications, meeting one of the following identities: Hong Kong permanent resident, high talent pass, outstanding talent pass, IANG, dependent visa, or other legally approved work visa in Hong Kong.
