Responsible for formulating and implementing production plans to ensure that production tasks are completed on time and of high quality.
Coordinate production resources, optimize production processes, and improve production efficiency and capacity utilization.
Supervise production site management to ensure a production environment that meets safety and hygiene standards.
Coordinate communication and collaboration between departments, and promote problem solving in the production process.
Regularly analyze production data, propose improvement suggestions and push for implementation.

Have food industry production management experience, familiar with production processes and management systems.
Have good organizational and coordination skills and team management skills, and be able to adapt to a changing work environment.
Sensitive to production data, with some data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
Have strong sense of responsibility and execution ability, and be able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure.
Applicants with relevant professional backgrounds or who have completed system management training will be given priority.
Have a Hong Kong residency certificate
