Job Title: Cantonese restaurant server
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the daily operation of the restaurant, including receiving and inspecting goods, cleaning and disinfection, and tableware sorting, ensuring a clean and hygienic dining environment.
2. Assist in preparing ingredients, inspecting environmental hygiene and conducting self-inspection, and providing customers with a high-quality dining experience.
3. Provide professional dining services to guests, ensure accurate record of orders, and promptly handle customer needs.
4. Responsible for answering the phone, accepting reservations and closing the cash register, etc., to maintain the smooth operation of the restaurant.
5. Regularly participate in warehouse organization, inventory taking, and planned cleaning work, while also coordinating training and meeting arrangements.
Requirements:
1. Have secondary six level education, at least one year of relevant work experience, and be familiar with the basic operations of the food and beverage industry.
2. Have good Cantonese conversational skills and basic Chinese reading and writing abilities, and be able to effectively communicate with the team and customers.
3. Need shift work, able to adapt to 10 hours of work time per day (including one hour of rest time), with good physical strength and endurance.
4. Work attitude is proactive, attention to details, and have good team spirit and service awareness.
5. Follow the restaurant's rules and regulations, be able to complete various tasks on time, and maintain high professional standards
