Siu Sai Bay District - Full-time security supervisor (early shift)

<p><strong>Main responsibilities: </strong></p><ul><li>Manage security personnel, schedule shifts and patrol tasks</li><li>Supervise on-site safety conditions to ensure facility and personnel safety</li><li></li><li>Train and guide security personnel, enhance team professional ability - develop and implement safety policies and procedures</li><li>Conduct inspection records and event reports, maintain good safety management records</li><li>Maintain good communication with customers and management, provide safety advice and reports</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Working location:</strong>Quanzhou District</p><p></p><p><strong>Working hours:</strong>Early shift (work 6 days a week, 12 hours a day, rotating)</p><p>Early shift: 07:30-19:30 </p><p></p><p><strong>Salary:</strong>$25,000 </p><p></p><p><strong>Entry Requirements:</strong> </p><ul><li>Have management, leadership and front-line work experience</li><li></li><li>College degree or above - have good management and coping skills</li><li>Familiar with safety monitoring systems and emergency response procedures</li><li>Good Cantonese, general English</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Benefits: </strong>Paid annual leave, medical benefits, on-the-job training</p>
