<p>FU KA ENGINEERING & CONSTRCUTION LTD</p><p>FOREMAN</p><p>Responsibilities: </p><p>Responsible for following up on engineering progress, managing site daily affairs</p><p>Supervise subcontractors to carry out construction quality inspections and safety supervision</p><p>Coordinate with subcontractors and workers</p><p>Conduct on-site inspections to ensure safe operation</p><p>Daily on-site photos to record construction progress</p><p>Handle site files and reports, etc. </p><p>Attend construction site meetings and coordinate engineering personnel, including subcontractors and workers, work arrangements</p><p>Have the ability to read and understand plans, and ensure construction progress and quality according to construction plans, safety measures, etc. </p><p> Minor Works file preparation</p><p>Follow up on materials and supplies, responsible for site file recording and other daily work, ensure site quality, safety and environmental protection</p><p>Assist department supervisors / managers to maintain safety and efficient daily operations</p><p>Execute the tasks assigned by the supervisor</p><p></p><p>Requirements: </p><p>Second 5 or above</p><p>Must hold a valid Technical Competency Professional (TCP) T1 license</p><p>One or more years of experience in a construction site</p><p>Good communication skills, work enthusiasm, proactive work attitude; </p><p>Hold a valid safety card (green card) ;</p><p>Preference will be given to those with a safety supervisor certificate;</p><p>Familiar with site operations and understanding of construction process flow, able to handle site daily operations independently</p><p>Have good Chinese reading and writing skills, and those who understand English reading are better</p><p>Preference will be given to those with civil/structural/geotechnical engineering diplomas or certificates</p><p></p><p>Working location: as required by the engineering contract</p><p>Working hours: Sunday Monday to Saturday: 8 am to 6 pm, working 6 days a week</p><p>Monthly salary of $25,000 - $30,000 based on work experience</p>
