Our newly established Hong Kong branch focuses on clothing fashion design and marketing. We are now actively seeking a Fashion Graphic Designer with the following capabilities.
Reports to: U.S. Fashion Graphic Manager

Position Summary
The Fashion Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality digital artwork, prints, graphics, and technical layouts that support the seasonal design and product development needs of the U.S. and Hong Kong teams. This role will work cross-functionally with Design, Product Development, and overseas partners to deliver accurate, brand-appropriate CADs that meet aesthetic, technical, and production requirements.
Responsibilities
Fashion Graphic & Artwork Creation
- Develop original Fashion Graphic artwork including prints, patterns, graphics, colorways, stitch layouts (if knitwear), and technical renderings as directed by the U.S. Fashion Graphic Manager.
- Translate hand sketches or design concepts into fully executed digital artwork.
- Create repeating prints, engineered layouts, and technical Fashion Graphics with precise measurement and placement accuracy.
- Recolor and modify existing artwork to support merchandising and design needs.
Cross-Functional Communication
- Work closely with the U.S. Fashion Graphic Manager to align on seasonal direction, priorities, and delivery expectations.
- Communicate daily with the Hong Kong and China design/development teams to ensure artwork is understood and executed correctly.
- Collaborate with Design, Product Development, and Sourcing to troubleshoot issues and achieve intended visual results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
- 2–5+ years of experience in Fashion Graphic or textile design within the apparel industry.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (required).
- Solid understanding of repeat design, color separation, scale, and print development.
- Experience working with factories (especially in China) preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in Hong Kong while collaborating virtually with the U.S. Fashion Graphic Manager and design teams.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across time zones.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with PLM systems.
- Knowledge of knitwear Fashion Graphics, sweater stitches, or yarn layouts (if applicable).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of color, layout, and commercial design execution.
