Management Trainee

Main responsibilities:

• Participate in a comprehensive training program that covers business operations, marketing, and management skills.

• Receive systematized internal training, fully understand the company's business processes and future promotion paths

• Assist senior management in handling daily operations and special projects.

• Learn and understand how companies operate and develop and implement business strategies, preparing for future management roles.

• Proactively propose innovative ideas, optimize internal processes and business performance.

• Assist department managers in analyzing market dynamics and customer needs
