<p>Responsibilities:</p><p>- Develop and oversee the execution of a comprehensive branding content strategy that aligns with the company's brand, marketing, and business goals.</p><p>- Lead the content team in the creation of high-quality, engaging content across various channels, including brand marketing, product marketing, promotions, social media, blogs, and more.</p><p>- Establish and enforce content style guidelines and standards, ensuring all content adheres to a consistent voice, tone, and style that reflects the brand.</p><p>- Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and creative teams to ensure content consistency, alignment, and strategic messaging across all platforms.</p><p>- Proofread and approve external media releases, ensuring accuracy and consistency in promoting corporate culture and brand image.</p><p>- Refine and enhance the brand content guide and styling, ensuring all content adheres to established standards and effectively communicates the brand's voice and message.</p><p>- Analyze content performance metrics and market trends to refine and optimize content strategies and initiatives.</p><p>- Mentor and develop the skills of junior content creators and copywriters, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.</p><p>- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep the company's content strategy ahead of the curve.</p><p>Requirements:</p><p>- Bachelor's degree or higher in English, marketing, communications, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in content strategy or digital marketing are a plus.</p><p>- Fluency in English as a working language; previous overseas study or work experience is highly preferred.</p><p>- A minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience in content creation, copywriting, and content strategy, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role.</p><p>- Proven ability to develop and execute content strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and business growth.</p><p>- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong command of grammar and style.</p><p>- Excellent research skills and the ability to write clear, concise, and compelling content.</p><p>- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform content strategy and decision-making.</p><p>- Outstanding communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.</p><p>- A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach to work, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</p>
