Customer Service Officer

<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>· Tohandle and follow up enquiries, shipment booking from customers, overseas agents and overseas offices</p><p>· To collaborate closely with internal and external operations</p><p>· Toinput data in operating system timely and accurately</p><p>· Perform any special duties/projects as assigned by the management</p><p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p><p>· 2-3 years relevant working experience in customer service in logistics / freight forwarding industries</p><p>· Only relevant working experience in airfreight/forwarder/carriers will consider</p><p>· Independent, responsible, pro-active, well-organized & able to work under pressure</p><p>· Good communication skill with all level and strong business sense</p><p>· Co-ordinate with customers and warehouse</p><p>· Good command ofboth written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin</p><p>· Proficiency in using MS Office application</p>
