<p>IT Team Lead (AI Team) Real Estate Industry</p><p></p><p><strong>Why join us?</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Leading the AI revolution</strong> : Join Hong Kong's leading real estate technology company, drive AI/ML innovation, and build smart real estate solutions!</li><li><strong>Dynamic work environment</strong> : Located in Hong Kong, we are committed to the vibrant field of technology and real estate integration!</li><li><strong>Business growth stage</strong> : Lead AI teams, cross-departmental collaboration, and achieve the perfect combination of technology and business!</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Location</strong>: Lai Chi Kok<br><strong>Working hours</strong>: Monday to Friday, 9-6</p><p></p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong>:</p><ul><li><strong>Leadership and Collaboration</strong> : Lead a small team of AI experts, drive innovation, and work with sales, marketing and operations departments to ensure AI/ML solutions align with business objectives.</li><li><strong>AI development and implementation</strong> : Design and deploy real estate application ML models, develop website and application AI functions (such as chatbots), and optimize workflow automation. </li><li><strong>Technical excellence</strong> : Build efficient ML models, integrate CRM and internal and external systems, ensure data quality and model performance, and continuously monitor and optimize model performance.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong>:</p><ul><li>Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science or related fields</li><li>3 years of AI/ML solution development experience (model development, deployment, monitoring), real estate/technology experience is preferred</li><li>Proficient in Python, familiar with MLOps and cloud AI services (such as AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI)</li><li>With knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), computer vision or predictive analytics, skilled in problem solving and business impact</li><li>Experience in leading a team, fluent in Cantonese.</li></ul><p></p>
