Write daily letters, email meeting minutes, notices, and activity reports;
Assist in handling daily member affairs of the chamber of commerce, handling inquiries, arranging and coordinating meetings and other business activities;
Execute association activities, including business visits, foreign guest visits, meeting activities, and cooperation projects with other groups/companies, Assist in the execution of meeting-related work;
Operate and edit various social media platforms, such as Wechat and web pages;
Handle the Association's office and general administrative work;
Need to be proficient in Excel, PPT, etc. office software;
