Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the company's technology development strategy, and promote the innovation and R&D roadmap.
Lead a cross-disciplinary R&D team to develop quantum computing-related cutting-edge technology products and achieve industrialization.
Establish cooperative relationships with academia and industrial partners to ensure technical leadership.
Manage R&D budget and resource allocation, optimize project priority and schedule.
Assess technical risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure that research and development results meet market needs.
Position requirements:
In quantum computing, semiconductors, high-performance computing or related fields, have a deep technical background, and have successful productization cases.
Experience in bringing quantum chip key performance (qubit lifetime, unit gate, two-qubit gate fidelity, etc.) to industry-leading levels
Familiar with intellectual property layout and technology conversion process, those who have experience in patent portfolio management are preferred.
Excellent business acumen, able to combine technical breakthroughs with market opportunities.

Oversee R&D budgeting and resource allocation, optimizing project priorities and timelines.
Mitigate technical risks and align R&D outcomes with market demands.
Job Requirements:
Deep technical expertise in quantum computing, semiconductors, HPC, or related fields, with a proven productization track record.
Proven experience in advancing key quantum chip metrics (qubit lifetime, single-qubit gate fidelity, two-qubit gate fidelity, etc.) to industry-leading levels.
Experience managing large R&D teams (50+ members) and inspiring innovation.
Familiarity with IP strategy and tech transfer processes; patent portfolio management experience is a plus.
Strong business acumen to bridge technological breakthroughs with market opportunities.
Fluent in English and Chinese for global partnership engagement.
