Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the entry and exit of enterprise outsourcing employees, ensuring standardized procedures and complete information.
2. Manage employee attendance records and assist with completing payroll calculations and distribution-related tasks.
3. Process local work permits, visas, and related documents for application and renewal, ensuring legal and compliance.
4. Coordinate and handle employees’ tax, insurance, and other related matters to ensure their rights and interests are protected.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, human resources, business management, etc. Relevant professional priority.
2. Familiar with Hong Kong's relevant policies and regulations, such as the Employment Ordinance, etc., with good policy sensitivity.
3. Cantonese, English, and Mandarin are fluent, and can be used as daily working language for communication and coordination.
4. Have strong sense of responsibility and execution ability, as well as team spirit, and be able to efficiently complete multiple tasks.
