Job Responsibilities

Responsible for formulating and implementing the overall development strategy and annual business plan of the business department, ensuring that the company's set performance targets are met.
Coordinate and manage various business operations of the department, including market promotion and customer service, etc. , and improve departmental operating efficiency.
Lead the team to achieve performance indicators, monitor key business data, conduct regular business analysis and propose improvement measures.
Represent the business department and communicate with senior management of the group, report business progress, participate in major decision-making discussions, and provide strategic advice.

Work requirements

Have a university degree or above, majoring in business management, marketing, industrial and commercial management or related professional is preferred.
Having at least 8 years of relevant industry work experience, of which no less than 3 years are spent in middle and high-level management positions, and with a track record of leading large teams.
Have excellent leadership and team management skills, able to motivate employees, nurture talents, and build an efficient organizational culture.
Excellent communication, coordination and negotiation skills, able to effectively handle multiple internal and external relationships, strong stress resistance.
