IT Manager

Responsibilities

Set up IT strategy to meet business needs and growth

Responsible for standardizing IT policies and procedures and implement them throughout the company

Maintain daily operation to ensure smooth IT operation, stable applications, systems and network

Manage and operate the company’s regional infrastructure, which comprises of local and regional networks, co-location data centres, public clouds, server & virtualization platforms

Recommend solutions to improved productivity for company and business units

Plan and control all phases of infrastructure development, including feasibility study, procurement, implementation, and maintenance.

Ensure all project deliverable meets quality standards and client expectations, conducting thorough testing and validation as necessary

Manage IT Budget, IT related procurement and vendor relationship.

Qualification & Skills Requirements

Bachelor degree in IT related discipline or equivalent

At least 10 years of relevant experience with regional management role

Microsoft certified technology specialist with extensive experience supporting and managing Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Server, SQL Server and SharePoint

Excellent working knowledge of ERP

High proficiency managing and supporting firewall and VPN appliances

Skills to diagnose IT incidents and problems

Strong understanding of various technologies or solutions and their integration within business processes

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Good command in written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
