Scrum Master - Digital Platforms

<p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p><p>As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating agile processes, guiding teams in delivering high-quality digital products, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of Scrum practices.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.</li><li>Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of collaboration and self-organization.</li><li>Remove impediments that hinder team progress and ensure a smooth workflow.</li><li>Collaborate with product owners to define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.</li><li>Monitor team performance and provide insights to improve productivity and quality.</li><li>Advocate for and implement best practices in Agile methodologies across the organization.</li><li>Foster an environment of continuous improvement through feedback and adaptation.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Degree or above in computer science, IT, data, EE or other related tech majors.</li><li>5-7 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an Agile coaching role.</li><li>Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.</li><li>Proven track record of managing and delivering successful projects in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Exceptional communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.</li><li>Relevant Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) is preferred.</li><li>English + Chinese language would be required.</li></ul>
