Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with sales team and programming team

• Exploring and developing customer’s need

• Ensure client’s requirements and expectation are satisfied

• Retain and develop long-term relationship with our existing valued customers

• Assist sales team and liaise with customers for project follow up

• Handle sales activities and ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above

• Fresh graduate are welcome

• On job training will be provided, IT knowledge is NOT a must

• Good communication, telephone handling and interpersonal skills

• Responsible, independent and self-driven

• Familiar with Chinese & English word processing and software operations, such as MS Word, Excel and Power Point

• Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
