Manage end-to-end onboarding/offboarding, including document verification, orientation, exit interviews, and clearance.
Prepare and administer employment contracts, amendments, promotion documents, and MPF forms.
Maintain accurate HRIS and personnel files, ensuring compliance with HK Employment Ordinance, MPF, and Privacy Ordinance.
Process payroll inputs, administer benefits (medical, insurance), and coordinate work visa applications/renewals.
Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover) and support global HR teams as an SSC member.
Digitize processes, standardize contract/HR letter templates, and assist in policy manual updates.
Requirements:
Requirements: Certificate/diploma (or above) in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years hands-on HR administration experience Working knowledge of: 1. Hong Kong Employment Ordinance 2. MPF compliance requirements 3. Common HR practices in financial services
Proficiency in: MS Office (advanced Excel) HRIS systems (e.g. Bamboo)
Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
Experience with work visa processing will be an bonus
