Salesforce CDP Implementation Consultant (Remote)

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>:</p><ul><li><p>Implement, customize, integrate, and launch CDP/MV systems for clients in real estate, finance, FMCG, etc., ensuring alignment with their business goals.</p></li><li><p>Translate marketing/user growth strategies into actionable product solutions and data models by analyzing clients’ needs.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored developments, and work with Marketing/CRM teams on strategy formulation.</p></li><li><p>For clients using Salesforce, apply deep workflow knowledge to recommend compatible alternatives, enhancements, or complementary solutions.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong>:</p><ul><li><p><strong>Must have</strong>: Hands-on Salesforce implementation experience, with clear understanding of its architecture and limitations.</p></li><li><p>Preference for familiarity with CDP, data platforms, CRM, or marketing automation systems.</p></li><li><p>Advantageous: Project experience in FMCG, beauty, retail, real estate, or finance.</p></li><li><p>Strong business analysis, technical comprehension, and client communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Fluent in English; proficiency in Cantonese/Mandarin is essential.</p></li></ul>
