[Job Responsibilities]

  1. Responsible for the overall planning, construction and daily operation of the company's core business lines (such as virtual asset exchanges, digital securities platforms or other compliant financial infrastructure)

  2. Lead business line strategic positioning, market entry strategy and commercial model design, and clarify short, medium and long-term development paths

  3. Coordinate the platform construction (system, process, product) and compliance promotion, and coordinate multiple departments such as product, technology, legal affairs, and operations to achieve rapid deployment and stable operation

  4. Continuously optimize C-end and B-end customers’ transaction experience and platform service capabilities, drive user growth, transaction volume improvement, and revenue structure diversification

  5. Lead the team to explore innovative business models that meet regulatory requirements, ensuring business compliance, safety, and efficient implementation

  6. Maintain good communication with regulatory agencies, industry associations, and ecological partners to enhance the company's influence and credibility in the industry

  7. Establish and manage high-performing business teams, set key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report business performance and strategic recommendations to the group

[Job Requirements]

  1. Top brokerages, internet finance platforms, and compliant virtual asset exchangesAssume high-level executive positions

  2. Deeply understand the trading platform operation logic, familiar with matching, settlement, risk control, user system, etc. Core module construction and management

  3. Have a deep understanding of Hong Kong or international market financial supervision, and be able to promote business rapid development under the guidance of compliance

  4. Have successfully led cross-functional teams (technical, product, operations, risk control, etc.) from scratch to build platforms or business lines

  5. Excellent organizational and coordination skills with high-intensity execution, able to drive complex projects in resource-constrained or uncertain environments

  6. Have strong industry resources and voice, effectively establish ecological cooperation network, enhance platform influence and market share

[Educational requirements]

  • Applicants with MBA, EMBA or overseas education background are preferred
