Duties:
1. Develop and maintain customers, regular follow-up to deepen relationships, enhance stickiness and referral potential.
2. Provide Hong Kong secondary school study consulting, customize personalized application plans.
3. Execute sales plans and achieve the sales conversion target for study abroad products.
4. Connect customers, Hong Kong schools and internal teams, follow up on application progress, and handle questions and unexpected issues.
5. Collect feedback on Hong Kong's study abroad policies, university admissions, and competitive product dynamics, supporting product and strategy optimization.
Requirements:
1. More than 1 year of education / study abroad consulting experience, familiar with DSE/AP/IB curriculum systems.
2. Fluent in English and Cantonese; Hong Kong position requires a valid work identity.
5. Priority will be given to those who are familiar with the Hong Kong education ecosystem and have cross-border study resources.
