<p>Responsibilities:</p><p>Responsible for responding to customers through letters, Whatsapp, phone and email, providing high-quality customer service and handling customer inquiries;</p><p>Provide high-quality after-sales service to all customers; </p><p>Have good interpersonal communication skills, be able to work independently in any situation;</p><p>Can complete work on time. </p><p></p><p>Requirements: </p><p>Graduate from secondary six or above; those with two years of online store customer service experience will be given priority;</p><p>Good communication and answering skills; </p><p>Team player, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, proactive and able to work independently;</p><p>Have good Cantonese conversational skills, and even better if you have good Mandarin skills;</p><p>Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel; </p><p>Prioritization for immediate employment.</p><p></p><p>Working hours:</p><p>Monday to Sunday shift work, working 5 days per week</p>
