Assistant Supervisor – Warehouse (Night Shift)

<p><strong>Main responsibilities/responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Responsible for managing night shift warehouse operations, such as receiving and delivering goods, inventory management, control of equipment and packaging materials, and accurate and timely updating of warehouse records.</p><p>• Regularly review operating procedures and lead the team to achieve department and organizational performance indicators • Process daily warehouse documents and reports</p><p>• Supervise warehouse employees, including training, work assignments and shift schedules, as well as performance evaluations</p><p>• Coordinate and communicate with internal teams (service center team and transportation team) to optimize delivery and delivery schedules</p><p>• Assist in implementing process improvement measures to enhance operating efficiency</p><p></p><p><strong>Education and experience requirements:</strong></p><p>• Must hold a Hong Kong identity card and have legal work qualifications.</p><p>• Second 5 or above</p><p>• At least 2 years of warehouse or logistics operations work experience</p><p>• Have leadership skills, good communication skills, adaptability, and team spirit</p><p>• MS Office skills (Excel and Word and PowerPoint)</p><p>• Good conversational and writing skills in Chinese and English</p><p>• If you have more relevant work experience, you will be considered for an assistant manager position</p>
