According to the company's business development direction, actively expand customer resources, provide professional financial products or property-related services consultation.
Design suitable investment, insurance or guaranteed return plans for customers, and assist them in completing related transaction procedures.
Maintain good communication with existing customers, regularly follow up on customer needs, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Comply with relevant regulatory agencies' regulations and industry codes, ensure business operations are legal and compliant, and protect the company and customer rights.
Complete other business-related tasks assigned by your supervisor, and work with your team to achieve overall goals and performance indicators.
**Work requirements**
Must hold relevant real estate licenses and have basic financial or property knowledge.
Have a certain understanding of the financial market, have basic market analysis and product judgment skills, and be able to provide professional advice to customers.
Active and positive work attitude, sense of responsibility and team spirit, able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure and self-motivate.
Good writing and communication skills in Chinese and English, familiar with office software and customer management systems, are preferred.
