Engineer Technician

<div> Job Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Responsible for painting and masonry work, including labor duties.</li> <li>Assist in completing woodworking-related tasks, including furniture size measurement, custom furniture installation and adjustment, etc.</li> <li>Provide water and electricity installation and maintenance services to ensure the normal operation of residential facilities.</li> <li>Maintain good communication with designers and customers to ensure accurate execution of engineering requirements.</li> <li>Complete all engineering tasks according to the construction plan and ensure the project is delivered on schedule.</li> </ul> <br> Requirements: <ul> <li>Have basic technical skills in painting, plumbing and masonry.</li> <li>Applicants with relevant experience will be given priority. </li> <li>Able to complete assigned work tasks independently or as part of a team.</li> <li>Have good communication skills, be able to effectively coordinate with designers and customers.</li> <li>Emphasize work quality and details, sense of responsibility and discipline.</li> </ul> </div>
