Engineer Technician

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support for residential projects based on construction drawings to ensure construction quality meets design requirements.

2. Assist in completing woodworking-related tasks, including furniture size measurement, custom furniture installation and finishing, etc.

3. Provide water and electricity installation and maintenance services to ensure the normal operation of residential facilities.

4. Regularly inspect construction progress and site conditions, and promptly identify and solve problems.

5. Communicate effectively with designers and clients to ensure accurate execution of engineering requirements.

Requirements:

1. Familiar with construction drawings reading and interpretation, able to complete related technical tasks independently.

2. Have basic woodworking skills, able to accurately measure and install furniture.

4. Work carefully and responsibly, with good hand-eye coordination and safety awareness.

5. Good team spirit, able to adapt to the work rhythm of different projects.
