Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced quantitative trader responsible for developing, executing and optimizing our cryptocurrency quantitative trading strategy. The successful candidate will be deeply involved in the full process from data research, strategy modeling to live trading and risk management, and will grow quickly in an infinite resource and open-minded environment.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Research and Modeling:
   • Develop and backtest diversified quantitative trading strategies based on statistical arbitrage, market microstructure, machine learning, etc.
   • In-depth analysis of on-chain data, order book data, macro events, etc., to discover new Alpha sources.
   • Build and maintain high-frequency, low-latency trading models and signal systems.
2. Transaction and execution:
   • Manage and optimize a live trading portfolio, closely monitoring the real-time performance of the strategy.
   • Continuously optimize transaction execution algorithms, reduce slippage, and improve execution efficiency.
   • Trade across multiple exchanges and trading products, including spot, perpetual contracts, futures, options, etc.
3. Data analysis and infrastructure:
   • Work closely with the quantitative development team to design and optimize trading systems, data pipelines, and backtesting frameworks.
   • Handling and analyzing massive datasets for strategy research and market behavior analysis.
4. Risk Management:
   • Real-time monitoring and management of investment portfolio risk exposure, including market risk, liquidity risk, and operational risk.
   • Develop and strictly enforce risk management rules.

Requirements:

• Essential conditions:
  • Master's or doctoral degree, graduated from top schools in computer science, financial engineering, mathematics, physics or related quantitative fields.
  • 2 years or aboveIn well-known proprietary trading companies, hedge funds or investment banks,Real-time quantitative trading experience.
  • Having inCryptocurrency marketSuccessful record of quantitative trading, with a deep understanding of the unique structure of the cryptocurrency market.
  • MasterPythonAnd have the ability to use Pandas, NumPy, etc. to perform large-scale data analysis and strategy backtesting.
  • Have a solid understanding of market microstructure, price discovery mechanism, and exchanges.
  • Have strong mathematical and statistical abilities, and be able to make quick and rational decisions under pressure.
  • Full of enthusiasm for trading, with strong self-motivation, curiosity, and result-oriented thinking.
