<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Develop app features using Flutter, achieving high-fidelity UI rendering, ensuring fast page loading and smooth interaction, and guaranteeing code maintainability and scalability.</p><ul><li><p>Participated in the construction and maintenance of the component library to improve code reuse rate; collaborated with the testing team to complete defect fixes and performance tuning.</p></li><li><p>Interfaced with backend APIs to complete data interaction and logic processing, optimizing the user operation experience.</p></li><li><p>Followed up on technical documentation writing and assisted the team in completing version iterations and deployment.</p></li><li><p>Learned cutting-edge technologies, participated in the implementation of technical solutions, and continuously improved personal development capabilities.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of app development experience and practical Flutter project experience; possessing good programming habits and a focus on code quality.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Proficient in Dart, skilled with Flutter, familiar with the principles of common components and third-party frameworks; experience in performance optimization is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Proficient in at least one native development platform (Android/iOS) with hands-on native development experience.</p></li><li><p>Familiar with collaborative development workflows such as Git.</p></li><li><p>Proficient in Mandarin Chinese and English, able to understand English technical documents, with strong communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Self-motivated, strong team player, able to adapt quickly to changing requirements, and resilient under pressure.</p></li></ul>
